Foreign Minister Opens a New Building for UAE Permanent Mission and Embassy in Vienna

On June 10, 2013, the new offices building of the United Arab Emirates’ diplomatic representation to Austria was officially opened by UAE Foreign Minister H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during his official visit to Austria.

 
Following the ceremony of unveiling curtains, the Minister toured new offices, which comprises 5 floors.
 
The new building provides ample space for employees of the Permanent Mission of the United Arab Emirates to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the UAE Embassy and the Consulate, including reception, meeting areas and conference facilities.
 
The new office of the Permanent Mission is located on Chimanistrasse of the 19th district of Vienna, the prestigious avenue with magnificent old houses which hosts many important institutions, Embassies and foreign Diplomatic Residences.
