Barakah Nuclear Power Plant Construction Progress: Installation of Unit 4 condenser is complete
Anoter safe and on-time milestone reached at the UAE's first nuclear energy plant.The Emirates Nuclear Energy Company (ENEC) has announced the installation and completion of Unit 4 condenser, which is a key component in the system for turning energy from nuclear fission into electricity. The condenser is one of the largest in the Middle East region and was manufactured in South Korea.
Construction work on Barakah 4's turbine building will be completed in the next few months, and the Unit is now more than 38% complete.
